30-Day Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied with every product from wuckert.store. However, if there is any problem, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving the product. If it has been more than 30 days since the purchase date, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
Please contact us via email at [email protected] to notify us of your return, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and process the refund. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
The product must be in its original, unused, unwashed, undamaged condition with all tags attached.
Please return the product in its original packaging, including all packaging materials.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions. Products that show signs of use (such as wear, damage, dirt, or missing labels) will not be accepted.
Return Process

Return: Use a shipping service with tracking to ensure the product is returned safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 30 business days to process. Original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Order Changes/Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. After 24 hours, we are unable to make changes to your order.
